Who We Are

ONPA Solutions is a boutique consulting firm founded by Lisa Lurie.

Lisa has spent two decades supporting committed mission driven organizations achieve their goals. She has deep financial management, strategy and operations experience in the non profit space, specifically charter schools and arts and cultural organizations. Lisa is exceptionally skilled at connecting high impact program delivery with operational and financial excellence.

Prior to starting ONPA Solutions, Lisa was the Managing Director of Finance and Human Resources for PAVE Schools Inc. In that capacity, she provided the overall strategy and direction for the design, management and implementation of the finance and human resource departments across multiple locations and legal entities. Her responsibilities included business/technology systems analysis and automation, financial management, strategic planning, policy development and implementation. Prior to her time at PAVE Lisa worked in various financial and operational roles at Visual Thinking Strategies, The Park Avenue Armory and The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

Lisa trained as a professional dancer at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre, holds a BA in Cultural Studies from York University, MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University Teachers College, and MS in Accountancy from Baruch College. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees at Explore Charter Schools of Brooklyn.
